A full-time Field Technician position is available for qualified candidates at our Fort Collins, CO location. The successful candidate must have a good driving record and CDL certification. That's being, "Your Working Partner."Essential DutiesPerform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on all types of heavy equipmentEngine rebuilds, axle reconditions, hydraulic valves and pumps repair, and transmission repairs are typicalRemove, disassemble, clean, repair, recondition, assemble components or partsAnalyze parts reusability, order parts, keep track of machine status, and complete repair in timely mannerRecord equipment hours, serial numbers, complaints, causes, and correctionsPerform machine inspections and maintain accurate recordsUse knowledge to recommend correct repair to service writer or customerMentor and train other technicians and apprentice techniciansAttend company-sponsored training to develop skills, knowledge, and expertiseKeep service trucks and all company assets repaired, safe, and maintainedObserve all safety procedures of the company and of customersSafely operate tools such as: power tools, lifts, welders, hydraulic jacks, forklifts, and overhead cranesWork to the standards and values of 4Rivers EquipmentPerform all other duties assigned efficiently and professionallyEducation and QualificationsHigh School diploma or GEDVocation or technical degree, or equivalent work experience or trainingStrong communication skills and self-motivated4Rivers Equipment is an Equal Opportunity Employer.For Benefits, Job Description and EEO information, please review attachments.Pay rate is commensurate with knowledge, ability, experience and location.Req#_1838
