This role will focus on analog and mixed-signal circuit design, hardware development, testing, and product validation from concept through production. This role will focus on analog and mixed-signal circuit design, hardware development, testing, and product validation from concept through production.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop analog and mixed-signal hardware circuitsDevelop signal conditioning, sensor interface, filtering, and power management circuitsCreate schematics, perform component selection, and support PCB layout activitiesConduct simulation, testing, debugging, and validation of hardware designsCollaborate with firmware, systems, mechanical, and manufacturing teamsSupport prototype builds and transition designs into productionTroubleshoot hardware and manufacturing issuesParticipate in design reviews and technical problem solvingDevelop technical documentation including specifications, test reports, and BOMsSupport EMC/EMI, safety, and regulatory compliance activitiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field5+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal hardware designRequired SkillsStrong analog circuit design and debugging skillsExperience with schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, Cadence, etc.)Hands-on experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power analyzers, and lab instrumentationExperience with SPICE/LTspice or equivalent simulation toolsUnderstanding of EMI/EMC and product compliance considerationsStrong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with embedded systems and sensor technologiesIndustrial automation or industrial electronics experienceFamiliarity with microcontrollers and embedded interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN)Experience supporting manufacturing and production testingKnowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT)Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive compensation and benefitsLocationPlymouth, MNThis is a full-time, on-site engineering position.
