C&SI Engagement Director -SAP - Sales & Distribution, Order to Cash

Technical/Functional SkillsExperience leading large global, consulting led Order to Cash (OTC) business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectivesAbility to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirementsExpert knowledge of end-to-end Order to Cash business processes including Sales Order Processing including Sales Order Creation, Pricing, Customer Master setup, Account Determination, Delivery Processing (shipping, shipment), Customer Invoicing including revenue recognition, and Integration to EWM / TMProven ability to lead and speak of SAP OTC functionality as it related to business processesExpert understanding of industry specific KPI’s and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the businessUnderstanding of integration with other business processes – between Sales and other functional areas with specific reference to production and material movement / logisticsWorking knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4 HANA based OTC structuresExpert level knowledge in SAP SD modules and understanding of integration with other modulesProvide accurate estimates, timeline and ability to self-direct and mentor/manage teams and client.Ability to be hands on if required and mentor junior team membersAbility to leverage and build assets/accelerators and thought leadershipExcellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationshipsDemonstrated experience in managing transformational initiativesAt least five(5) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experienceAt least six (6) years’ experience in proposal and business case developmentProven sales experienceExcellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationshipsExperience managing 20+ resourcesWillingness to travel up to 100%Bachelors degree or equivalent requiredAbility to work in the country without current or future visa sponsorshipExperience RequiredAt least five(5) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implem entations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experienceAt least six (6) years’ experience in proposal and business case developmentRoles & ResponsibilitiesProvide solutions and model solutions based on client’s needs, priorities, and industry leading practicesCandidate will be responsible for assisting on defining, designing, governing and delivering SAP centric solutions that enable and enhance OTC business processesLead business workshops with key stakeholders and derive outcomesGood interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication.Ready to travel out of the country for possible onshore responsibilities, such as providing technology consulting expertise, and driving workshops and training sessionsAbility to demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. FICO, SD, PP, QM, PM)Provide contribution in project planning and execution according to objectives, specifications, schedules, and quality standardsGather and organize business/user requirements and feasibility analysisPerform application design for systems architecture and integrationAdopt best practices and architect innovative solutions to keep up in pace with the ever-growing needs of the businessDemonstrate strong problem-solving skills and provide production support to business with primary focus oriented towards ensuring business continuity, enabling efficient solutions, providing utmost customer satisfaction, and meeting SLAsDevelop implementation schedules, system implementation planning, and execution.Ensure project success criteria are metBuilds strong relationships with IT/business peers and management to best meet company goals and objectives
