Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Dealership Staff based in New York, United States. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the sales and service teams as needed. Additional tasks involve maintaining dealership standards, handling administrative duties, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a positive customer experienceProficiency in communication, listening, and problem-solving skillsBasic understanding of automotive products and services is a plus, but training will be providedOrganizational skills and attention to detail for handling administrative tasksAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environmentPrevious experience in a dealership, retail, or customer-facing role is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
