Apply today and be part of a company that is shaping the future of industrial equipment solutionsYour Profile / QualificationsHigh School Diploma3-5 years of experience in customer support roles, preferably within a B2B environment, order processing, or inside sales to industrial customers.Experience working with OEM factories and industrial suppliers is desirable.Strong ability to read and interpret customer requests accurately.Proven proficiency in SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. Must have the ability to quickly learn new software tools.Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced service environment.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to type part numbers efficiently and enter data accurately into software systems.Ability to work in an open office setting and manage daily tasks that include sitting, typing, handling phone calls, and processing paperwork.#EngineeringforthebetterDid we spark your interest?Then please click apply above to access our guided application process.
