Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications under nurse supervision
Monitor and record residents' vital signs
Assist with ADLs and personal care
Report changes in residents' condition
Participate in group activities and care conferences
Support a clean, safe environment
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent
Completion of required medication training
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work varied shifts
