Together, we are EXP.Are you ready to design your future?Be our next Senior Healthcare Project Manager!Your ChallengeIn this role, you will be a part of the Healthcare Team of the MEP Sector for Florida.What a day at EXP has in store for youRepresenting exp in client interactions by performing at a 'responsible charge' levelManaging project risks to minimize exp's and client's exposure to problemsFacilitating coordination between project team, client and other consultantsManaging project success through timely internal and external communicationUnderstanding actual progress towards meeting scheduled project milestones and working with team to adjust course if necessaryUnderstanding project team needs and time constraints, communicating them with clients and actively managing expectations towards win-win solutionsUnderstand MEP/FP work planning and manage design process to the budgetWorking with the project team to identify project scope changes and cost / time impactManaging exp quality by assuring QC process followed, and by reviewing all client deliverablesManage project cash flow through timely invoices and collectionsManage existing client relationships and assist with developing new relationshipsProvide lead engineering design or guidance in one's discipline.What your experience looks likeBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited program8+ years of building HVAC or Electrical design experience, 5+ years of healthcare facility design experienceRegistered Professional Engineer in State of Florida preferred.Thorough knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical codes and FGIProfessional written and oral communication skillsProcess oriented toward timely documenting of correspondenceAdvanced equipment selection and analysis and ability to develop equipment room sizes during SD and DD phasesThe salary range for this role is $130,000 to $170,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location.
