Make a meaningful impact in the life of a medically fragile middle school student as a Special Education Teacher, with the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated support team. This year-round contract position focuses on supporting a bed-bound student who receives services at home and requires a compassionate, creative, and consistent educator. You'll work in close partnership with occupational therapy, speech, and physical therapy professionals to foster learning, engagement, and growth.The school district is especially seeking a fluent bilingual (Spanish/English) Special Education Teacher, as the student's parents are Spanish-speaking. However, highly qualified non-bilingual providers are encouraged to apply-accommodations can be made with a language interpreter if needed.
