Our work environment includes: Relaxed atmosphere Flexible working hours Growth opportunities On-the-job training Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age - Handle cash and process payments accurately - Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or disturbances - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise Qualifications: - Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting - Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques - Familiarity with brewing processes and different types of beer - Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures - Strong bartending skills, including the ability to create unique and delicious cocktails - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips - Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
