Surety Operations Lead

What will be your main responsibilities? - Coordinate the implementation and optimization of operating systems to ensure the efficiency and integrity of business processes. - Supervise the management of operational documents, including insurance policies, contracts, and other legal documents. -Analyze and improve processes and workflows to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Execute strategies to strengthen business relationships with brokers. - Establish and maintain relationships with local regulatory authorities to ensure regulatory compliance of the company. What are we looking for? - Bachelor´s degree in business, finance or relevant fields. - 3-5 years of experience in Surety Operations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Analytical, well organized, and good attention to detail. - Proficient in Excel.
