Sr. Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant

Interview : VideoVisa : USC, GCThis is hybrid from day-1 ( Need local candidates )Description :This consultant will serve as a client-side Finance SME partnering closely with Finance leadership, business stakeholders, and the implementation partner to support the successful delivery of the D365 Finance workstream.The role will focus on requirements validation, solution review, fit-gap analysis, testing support, and overall alignment between business needs and the D365 solution. As the project progresses, the consultant will become increasingly hands-on within D365 Finance environments.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Finance stakeholders across:General LedgerAP/ARFixed AssetsTreasuryFinancial ReportingSupport:Requirements validationFit-gap analysisFunctional design reviewERP process alignmentTesting/UAT activitiesReview D365 Finance configurations and vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with business requirementsParticipate in workshops, issue resolution, cutover readiness, and post-go-live support activitiesCollaborate with ERP Program leadership, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and implementation partner teamsRequired Experience 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / D365 F&O experienceStrong knowledge of finance and accounting processesExperience supporting ERP implementations or finance transformation initiativesExperience with testing/UAT, requirements validation, and functional analysisStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Experience Prior D365 consulting or implementation partner experienceExperience with Azure DevOps (ADO)Experience supporting large-scale enterprise ERP programs
