Full Stack Software Developer (.NET & React, AI-Enabled SDLC)Location: Jersey City, NJ / Midtown NYC Type: Contract We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Software Developer with strong experience in .NET backend development and React frontend engineering, combined with hands-on exposure to AI-assisted software development tools and practices.This role will work closely with internal AI and engineering teams to help drive AI-enabled SDLC transformation initiatives, accelerate delivery, and improve software quality through modern AI-assisted development workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET/C# and ReactBuild modern APIs, backend services, and responsive frontend applicationsUtilize AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar platformsApply AI across SDLC phases including coding, debugging, testing, and documentationCollaborate with AI, Product, and Engineering teams to refine AI-driven development frameworksParticipate in Agile development, sprint planning, and rapid delivery cyclesSupport architecture discussions, technical design, and solution optimizationEnsure application performance, scalability, and code quality standardsRequired Skills5+ years of Full Stack Development experienceStrong expertise in:.NET / C# / ASP.NET CoreReact / JavaScript / TypeScriptExperience with REST APIs and microservices architectureHands-on experience with AI coding/development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.)Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practicesExcellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with AI-assisted SDLC frameworks (BMAD or similar)Exposure to prompt-driven development and automated code generationCloud experience with Azure or AWSExperience working in fast-paced innovation or AI-focused environmentsWork ModelHybrid onsite model: 3 days/week across Summit, NJ and Midtown NYC officesCollaborative environment focused on AI-driven engineering transformation
