They provide strong leadership, supervision, and guidance on strategic initiatives and operational standards to enhance business outcomes.What we are looking for! Proven track record of successfully managing operations and meeting financial goalsStrong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a positive work environmentSolid understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and forecastingExperience with cost control, inventory management, and profitability analysisExceptional skills in delivering high-quality customer service and resolving issues effectivelyYou can handle 100K days while walking five miles a shift & working an average of 50-hour work weeksExcellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and vendorsFamiliarity with health and safety regulations, as well as labor laws related to the restaurant industryRequirements21+ years of age 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor Strong business acumen  Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience The ability to work weekends, nights and holidays Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
