Our long-standing reputation is built on excellence and reliability. Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Sandusky, Ohio is for a Precast Concrete Wall and Custom Form Specialist. The role involves preparing and assembling concrete forms, operating equipment to assist with precast wall fabrication, and finalizing custom concrete structures. The specialist will work hands-on with concrete pouring, finishing, and inspecting completed products to meet quality standards, ensuring timely production for various client needs. Qualifications Experience in Formwork and Carpentry, with an understanding of construction techniques and blueprint readingFamiliarity with Heavy Equipment operations relevant to precast concrete constructionExpertise in Flatwork and Ready Mix Concrete handling and applicationStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality outputsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environmentPhysical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and maneuvering materialsPrior experience in the precast concrete industry or related fields is an advantage
