As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide information about insurance products and services.Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Be available to work during business hours:Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pmFriday 9am to 3pmQUALIFICATIONS:Communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and able to multitask.Works well with a small team.Positive disposition.Experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.Reliable, consistent and motivated.Spanish speaker preferred.Knowledge of insurance or currently holding a Property & Casualty license.
