This is not a “bags on” role. They’re looking for a true field construction leader who can manage schedules, subcontractors, quality, owner relationships, and highly complex builds from the ground up.Their projects are some of the most technically challenging custom homes in the region, often involving major steel packages, advanced HVAC/hydronic systems, extensive architectural metalwork, luxury finishes, and sophisticated MEP coordination. Every home is a one off masterpiece.This is the kind of opportunity where you can truly build legacy-caliber homes while working alongside a strong operations team in one of the most desirable markets in the country.What You’ll Actually Do:· Lead day-to-day field operations on large luxury custom home projects· Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics· Drive project quality, schedule adherence, and overall jobsite execution· Manage highly detailed and technically complex residential builds· Work directly with ultra-high-net-worth clients in a professional but down-to-earth manner· Utilize Procore and MS Project for scheduling, documentation, reporting, and project tracking· Conduct daily site walks, maintain jobsite logs/photos, and proactively solve issues before they impact schedule or quality· Coordinate closely with PMs, ownership, trade partners, architects, engineers, and consultantsWhat They’re Looking For:· 5+ years of high-end custom residential Superintendent experience, ideally $5M in value· Strong understanding of structural steel integration within residential construction· Experience with complex MEP systems, HVAC, hydronic heat, lighting controls, and high-end finishes· Client-facing experience with demanding luxury residential clientele· Procore and scheduling software experience· Strong communication skills with the ability to connect equally well with owners, subs, architects, and internal teamsWhere and How Much· On-site in Big Sky, MT.
