Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Program Manager - IT Consulting & Services to lead strategic AI, digital transformation, cloud, data, and enterprise modernization initiatives for for global clients.This is a highly visible consulting leadership role that combines program delivery, executive stakeholder engagement, and account growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering complex technology programs. You will be responsible for driving successful outcomes, accelerating modernization initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding strategic accounts into larger, multi-year transformation programs.Title : Senior Program Manager - IT Consulting & Services Location : Remote WorkEmployment Type: Full-timeExp Range : 8 to 15 years onlyKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of AI, digital transformation, cloud, data, and enterprise modernization programs for public sector clients, ensuring successful outcomes against scope, timelines, budget, quality, and business objectives.Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion, AI adoption, automation, cloud modernization, and digital transformation initiatives within existing client engagements.Drive account growth through executive relationship management, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, strategic consulting, and expansion of engagements into larger multi-year programs.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, building strong executive relationships and guiding strategic technology initiatives from discovery through value realization.Drive program governance, including planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, executive reporting, issue resolution, and change management across multiple workstreams.Partner with engineering, AI, product, cloud, and business teams to translate client objectives into executable delivery plans and measurable outcomes.Facilitate discovery workshops, modernization assessments, business process analysis, and transformation roadmap development.Monitor program health through KPIs, adoption metrics, ROI tracking, and outcome-based reporting.Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers while ensuring accountability across cross-functional teams.Collaborate with leadership and solution teams to support proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), client presentations, and strategic growth initiatives.Qualifications8 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Consulting, Client Delivery, Engagement Management, or Digital Transformation leadership.Proven experience managing large enterprise technology programs from discovery through successful delivery.Strong consulting background with experience working directly with enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.Hands-on experience leading AI, cloud, data & analytics, enterprise software, digital transformation, or modernization initiatives.Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent workstreams across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.Strong understanding of program governance, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, dependency management, change management, and Agile delivery methodologies.Proven ability to influence senior executives, manage complex stakeholder environments, and drive strategic decision-making.Experience identifying opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, upselling, and growing long-term client partnerships.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, executive reporting, and leadership skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on business outcomes and customer success.CertificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) – PreferredAbout Techolution:Techolution is the world’s leading FEA – Full Enterprise Automation specialist.
