I’ll share more once we meet.About The RoleWe’re looking for a high-energy SMB Account Executive to help bring Maple to thousands of local businesses across the country. This is a pure closing role—no prospecting required. Our growth marketing team delivers a steady flow of warm, high-intent leads, and your job is to help business owners quickly understand the value of Maple and confidently move forward.You’ll run a high-velocity sales motion, speaking with dozens of business owners each week and closing 7–15 new locations per week. If you love fast feedback loops, frequent wins, and selling a product that genuinely helps customers on day one, this role is for you.Early Account Executives will help define how SMB sales works at Maple and will have meaningful influence on process, tooling, and playbooks as we scale.What You’ll DoClose 7–15 new SMB customers per week through inbound and marketing-qualified leads (no prospecting required)Run fast, consultative sales calls with local business owners across many industriesClearly explain Maple’s value and guide customers to the right plan for their businessMaintain tight follow-up loops to move deals from first call to close quicklyCollaborate closely with growth, onboarding, and product teams to improve conversion and activationContinuously refine sales scripts, objection handling, and demos as we scaleProvide direct feedback from the field to help shape messaging and product decisionsWhat We’re Looking ForWe want people who are energized by big goals; we're racing towards 40,000 customers and $100m in revenue by the end of 2027Someone excited to be part of a once-in-a-lifetime technological shift (AI is eating the world)1–4+ years of experience in SMB sales, inside sales, or high-volume closing roles (SaaS preferred but not required)Comfortable running many calls per day and thriving in a fast-paced environmentStrong communicator who can make complex ideas feel simple and obviousCompetitive, resilient, and motivated by clear goals and frequent winsOrganized and process-oriented, but adaptable as things evolve quicklyExcited to help build and refine a sales motion that scales to tens of thousands of customersDon’t Apply Here If...Please don’t apply if you aren’t excited about the following:Working ~70 hrs/week, in-person, with some of the most ambitious and intelligent people in NYCDealing with the growing pains of a hyper-scaling company — ambiguity, rapid change, and constant iteration.
