What Our Client Needs Our client is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support commercial and corporate legal needs. This role focuses on contract strategy, data commercialization, and enabling business growth while managing risk. What You'll Do You will help protect the organization's interests while enabling strategic and responsible business growth.Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including data commercialization and service contractsPartner with stakeholders to provide practical legal guidance that supports business objectivesAdvise cross-functional teams including marketing, events, advisory services, and complianceDevelop and implement policies, templates, and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce riskCollaborate with the General Counsel and legal team on priorities, planning, and process improvements This role operates in a hybrid environment and does not include supervisory responsibilities.
