Assist computer operators and/or system analysts in resolving problems with running computer programs Mentor other PICK programmers Design and maintain solutions between departmental systems; communicate effectively with other departments to understand their support needs Evaluate user needs for new or revised systems Responsible for achieving operational program status within required time parameters and with an acceptable operating performance Develop automated recurring system reports and statements; provide one-off reports and statements as requested Collaborate with IT staff to automate manual processes Provide creative solutions and innovations in work-related situations to mitigate risks to project success Produce program and system documentation for systems created within the department BenefitsQuarterly bonuses.Exceptional benefits, with 100% employer-paid life insurance, long-term disability, and health insurance for employees only.
