These tasks listed below provide a basic guide of your daily duties. Our Security Specialists are the heart of our operation, and they are critically important to ensure its smooth operation. As such, they are required to be highly dependable, and pay close attention to detail. This position will require the capability to work independently with limited supervision, demonstrate critical thinking to solve problems and multi-task. Tasks Arrive for duty on time and in full uniform. Familiarize yourself with the post orders and any hand down notes related the site and post. Provide Tier-1 customer service when interacting with members of the public. Receive and document customer questions or concerns and escalate them to the appropriate TRIDENT representative Ensure all issues and complaints are fully documented and properly escalated to TRIDENT and the Client as appropriate Patrol premises regularly (once every sixty minutes) to maintain order and establish presence Monitor and authorize entrance of construction vehicles or people on the property Maintain a safe working environment and ensure all workers are wearing their personal protective equipment (PPE) Competencies Effective written and oral communication – This role requires the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization and externally.
