We are looking for dedicated, hands-on leaders who share our commitment to quality and teamwork.Position SummaryThe Production Supervisor oversees daily operations in the production area, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is responsible for leading production associates, monitoring workflow, resolving issues, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a problem solver, and a leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, train, and motivate production team members to achieve daily targets.Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet demand and maintain on-time performance.Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, HACCP, FDA, and SQF standards.Monitor line performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.Conduct shift meetings, assign job duties, and verify completion of tasks.Perform quality checks and verify accurate packaging, labeling, and documentation.Promote and enforce workplace safety initiatives and incident reporting.Maintain accurate records, including production logs, labor hours, and inventory usage.Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow.Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.Qualifications3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment; food industry experience preferred.1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and food safety regulations.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Strong communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills.Proficiency with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, ERP systems a plus).Why Join Badia Spices?Competitive salary & benefits packageGrowth opportunities in a thriving companySupportive, diverse, and family‑focused cultureOpportunity to contribute to a brand known worldwide
