The role combines business development, candidate management, and strategic advisory work within the legal sector.Key Responsibilities Include:Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from candidate acquisition through to negotiation of final salary and offer.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to clients and candidates.Maintain accurate records and manage recruitment pipelines.Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.Work extremely well under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple daily tasks.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents.🌟About You🌟We are keen to speak with you if you have a passion for recruitment.
