Our Home Office is conveniently located in Fort Washington, PA, just outside of Philadelphia.Basic Function: The Senior Vice President (SVP), Marketing is responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and execution of all public relations, marketing, branding, and advisor engagement initiatives across the firm and is responsible for corporate communications strategy, to strengthen the firm’s market presence, support advisor recruiting and retention, and enhance the overall client and advisor experience. The SVP, Marketing will drive brand growth, advisor engagement, client acquisition support, and reputation management while ensuring adherence to compliance-defined procedures and all applicable FINRA, SEC, and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the firm’s enterprise-wide marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives. Lead brand positioning and reputation management across Broker/Dealer and RIA channels. Identify opportunities to elevate the firm’s brand, market differentiation, and competitive positioning. Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on communications, messaging, and public relations. Marketing & Brand ManagementOversee corporate branding, digital presence, website strategy, social media, advertising, and thought leadership initiatives. Drive advisor-facing marketing programs that support practice growth, client acquisition, and advisor engagement. Manage campaign strategy for recruiting, retention, and advisor development initiatives. Ensure consistency of brand standards across all internal and external communications. Advisor EngagementPartner with field leadership to create scalable marketing solutions for financial advisors. Support advisor recruiting, onboarding, and practice management through marketing and communications resources. Enhance advisor adoption of firm platforms, products, services, tools, and growth programs. Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.Manage relationships, vendors, consultants, and marketing technology platforms. Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting to measure effectiveness and ROI. Qualifications RequiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field preferred 10+ years of leadership experience in marketing and communications Significant experience within financial services, preferably Broker/Dealer, Wealth Management, RIA, or Asset Management Deep understanding of FINRA, SEC, and regulatory marketing requirements Proven experience leading brand strategy, corporate communications, and advisor engagement initiatives Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional enterprise initiatives PreferredMaster’s degree (MBA preferred) Experience supporting independent advisor platforms Experience with advisor recruiting and transition marketing Knowledge of wealth management technology and advisor practice management tools Core Competencies Executive Leadership Strategic Thinking Brand Transformation Corporate Communications Regulatory Compliance Change Management Cross-Functional Collaboration Talent Development Reputation Management Crisis Communications Data-Driven Decision Making Physical/Other RequirementsMay sit at work station for extended periods of time; may view computer screen for extended periods of time.
