The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inspecting, dismantling, repairing, rewinding, and testing various types of electromechanical equipment.Key Responsibilities:Inspect electromechanical equipment for damage and electrical malfunctions.Test winding conditions and document results.Analyze and illustrate data regarding electromagnetic characteristics, damage, and serviceability.Dismantle and strip damaged motors and equipment.Prepare and clean reusable parts for rewinding.Rewind a wide range of electromechanical equipment.Operate repair and testing equipment including:Winding machinesTest panelsSurge testersCore loss-testersCut-off saws, burnout ovens, grindersCranes, forklift trucksBrazing units, dip tanks, and VPI systemsHand and power toolsRequirements:Must have previous motor winding experience.Experience operating repair/testing equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.3339STAnderson SC 3339 3016 North Main Street Suite G Anderson, SC 29621
