It takes the imagination and passion of all of usfrom design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per yearto look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)Following approved procedures and specifications, operates production equipment, assembles, packages and inspects products on-line.Receives and verifies materials to be used in own operation to ensure that they conform to those listed in data forms and are duly approved for use.During production, inspects own work to ensure that it complies with requirements stated in data forms. Removes any defective parts or product and notifies Manufacturing Facilitator immediately of any deviations observed.Records data as required in neat, clear handwriting and ensures that information is accurate following GMP procedures.Assist Shift Leader in raw material work in process and product reconciliation.Assist Set-up Operator in equipment operation, changeover and Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and in resolving any routine issue to ensure smooth flow of production.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Pursue ongoing goal of cost reductions.Perform other related duties as assigned by Manufacturing Facilitator.Ensures that own work is performed in compliance with QSR, ISO 13485.Position required training in BD Juncos and relocation in BD Aasco.Minimum Requirement:Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Primary Work Location: USA PR - AnascoWork Shift: US BD PR 5p-530a SMKWSMK (United States of America)
