Project Coordinator

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Project Coordinator and be at the forefront of managing construction projects from inception to completion. As a vital link between project teams, clients, and contractors, you'll drive efficiency, uphold quality standards, and contribute to the achievement of project goals with energy and precision. Responsibilities Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using industry CRM and other software to ensure timely project delivery. Coordinate daily activities across multiple teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, to facilitate smooth project operations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to support accurate planning and execution. Support cost estimation processes by assisting with construction estimating and preparing accurate budgets. Track project progress through regular site visits, document inspections. Manage contract documentation, review scopes of work, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track. Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other essential documentation. Skills Proficiency in remodeling management software and related tools. Strong understanding of remodel/construction estimating techniques and project scheduling methodologies. Excellent knowledge of remodeling operations and blueprint reading. Experience with contract management and ability to interpret technical schematics effectively. Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments. Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
