Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Heavy Equipment Operator. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to perform excavation, land clearing, and site preparation tasks. Daily responsibilities include ensuring the proper maintenance of equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and efficiently completing assigned projects in collaboration with the JR Landworks team. Qualifications Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, including excavators and other earth-moving machineryExperience with equipment maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshootingFamiliarity with excavation, land clearing, grubbing, and site preparation processesKnowledge of handling used equipment related to heavy construction and land managementStrong understanding of workplace safety standards and guidelinesAbility to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote settingRelevant certifications or licenses to operate heavy equipment are a plusExperience working in the construction or land management industry is an advantage
