Vendor Insurance Analyst

We’re looking for a Vendor Insurance Analyst to support insurance compliance and vendor risk management activities for an assigned territory. This role works closely with project teams, vendors, subcontractors, and insurance representatives to review insurance documentation, ensure contractual compliance, and help manage risk across active projects.This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in insurance, risk management, contractor compliance, or construction-related insurance review who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesReview vendor and subcontractor insurance documents for compliance with contracts and company requirementsAnalyze liability and casualty insurance coverages related to construction and contractor activitiesApprove or deny insurance submissions based on coverage analysis and contractual requirementsWork with project teams, vendors, brokers, and insurance carriers throughout the review processMaintain accurate records and tracking information across internal systems and databasesSupport ongoing monitoring and follow-up related to vendor complianceRequired ExperienceExperience in insurance, risk management, vendor compliance, or a related fieldUnderstanding of casualty and liability insurance coverages, ideally within construction or contractor environmentsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyComfortable working with internal stakeholders and external partnersProficiency with Microsoft Office and general business systemsNice to Have ExperienceBachelor’s degree in a related fieldExperience reviewing COIs, contractor insurance requirements, or vendor compliance documentation
