Candidate Experience Representative II
Providing superior customer service and technical support, the full-time Candidate Experience Representative II will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications while assisting candidates with pre-employment and onboarding portal issues in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats while ensuring first contact resolution and maintaining accurate records of interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve candidate concerns, including login issues and appointment scheduling
Assist candidates with disputes and consumer statements in compliance with FCRA regulations, ensuring applicant privacy is maintained
Required qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Experience in managing escalated calls and providing resolutions
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
