As part of the Growth team, you'll work closely with our executives and team members to expand N1's ecosystem of developers, users, and institutional partners. Your responsibilities will span from identifying and cultivating strong partnerships to constructing efficient growth pipelines and funnels. Moreover, you'll leverage your analytical skills to conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor strategies, all aimed at uncovering new growth opportunities.Requirements:3+ years of experience in growth, business development, sales, finance, or venture capital, preferably in the blockchain or financial technology industryBased in New York CityStrong understanding of blockchain systems, and financial systemsExperience building and scaling growth teamsExperience structuring complex high-value partnerships involving multiple stakeholders in an authentic and responsible mannerExcellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sourcesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills
