We're growing quickly and are looking for Lead and Senior BCBAs who are excited to take on a hands-on clinical leadership role within a center-based setting. Your Role As a Lead or Senior BCBA, you will maintain a clinical caseload while also serving as a clinical leader within the center. You'll support and mentor BCBAs and RBTs, model best-in-class clinical practices, and help ensure consistency, quality, and ethical excellence across all programming. This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA who enjoys direct clinical work but also values flexibility and autonomy. You'll also have the flexibility to choose your caseload size with an incentive-based bonus structure, giving you control over your workload and compensation. Administrative burden is intentionally kept low so you can focus on leadership, supervision, and client outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.) * Create, oversee, and review individualized treatment plans * Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to BCBAs and RBTs * Support onboarding and training of new BCBAs through modeling, shadowing, and systems support * Assist with lead teacher trainings and center-wide clinical initiatives * Monitor and analyze client data to ensure progress and treatment fidelity * Collaborate with caregivers during monthly check-ins and interdisciplinary meetings * Provide hands-on clinical support in the center as needed * Ensure ethical compliance, clinical quality, and consistency across the center * Help shape and reinforce Ad Astra's clinical culture and best practices Requirements * Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field * Active BCBA certification through the BACB * Active Missouri licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) * Previous experience supervising RBTs and supporting other clinicians * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills What We Offer * Competitive salary: Total compensation of up to $110,000/year depending on experience and caseload size * $5,000 sign on bonus * Remote work-from-home days * Low administrative burden : we streamline everything we can with a full operations and admin team * Clear growth path within a rapidly expanding organization * Manageable caseloads so you can focus on clinical impact * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) match * Paid time off (PTO), sick days, and paid federal holidays * Extra PTO on birthday * CEU and license renewal reimbursement Apply Today!
