Responsibilities Pre-Authorization of repairs Answering phone calls/emails Communicating with Vendors Reporting Warranty trends Qualifications Attention to detail and accuracy Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts, or an understanding of electrical/technical systems Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given Willingness to learn many different components of a RV Forest River offers a stable work environment that is fast paced.
