This role is part of the IT organization and will focus on developing architectural strategies to improve overall business operations, with the goal of reducing costs, making employees more productive, and increasing revenues.What You Will DoDesign and architect Salesforce solutions that support complex business processesDevelop and maintain the Salesforce architecture strategy for internal systemsCreate technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints for Salesforce implementationsLead system integration efforts across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other critical business platformsEstablish and enforce architectural best practices and design standardsProvide architectural guidance and conduct technical design reviewsWork with internal customers such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to translate business requirements into technical solutionsCollaborate with development teams to ensure architectural integrityPerform system performance analysis and optimizationClearly and regularly communicate with technical colleagues and managementProvide leadership in rapid resolution of business-impacting issuesOur Ideal Candidate Will Have 5-7 years' of software architecture experience3+ years' of specialized Salesforce architectural experience (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, etc.)Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred)Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, including:Complex data modelingIntegration patternsPerformance optimizationSecurity architectureExperience with the Software Development Life Cycle and Source Control (Git)Experience developing Salesforce flows, formulas, and validation rulesUnderstanding of the Salesforce data model and data extraction/transformationExperience with middleware technologies and ETL toolsExperience developing and integrating web services using REST, webhooks, etc.Familiarity with distributed systems designExperience with AWS a plusExperience working in an Agile team environmentAbility to analyze and document complex system configurationsSelf-motivated with strong organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsBachelor's degree in information technology, systems engineering, computer science, or related fieldWhy Procare?Excellent comprehensive benefits packages including: medical, dental, & vision plansHSA option with employer contributionsVacation time, holidays, sick days, volunteer & personal days401K Plan with employer match and immediate vestingEmployee Stock Purchase PlanEmployee Discount ProgramMedical, Dependent Care, and Transportation FSA PlansCompany paid Short and Long-Term disability and Life InsuranceRTD EcoPass for all Denver employeesTuition Reimbursement and continued Professional DevelopmentFast paced, high energy workplace environment in prime downtown locationRegular company provided mealsSalary$135,000-$147,000/year DOELocationThis position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work in office a minimum of 3 days a week.
