Position Title: Business Development Manager (Light Industrial Staffing)About the Role We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for expanding our client base, generating new business, and building long-term partnerships specifically within the light industrial staffing space.The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of selling staffing solutions in light industrial environments (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, distribution) and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting. This position offers a blend of new business development and account management, with a collaborative internal support structure.This role may be hybrid/ remote depending on location (1–3 days in-office).Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the light industrial sectorBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsPartner closely with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality staffing solutionsOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, proposal development, closing, and account growthDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targetsNegotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreementsTrack, manage, and report on sales activity and pipeline performanceQualifications (Required)3+ years of business development or sales experience within the staffing industry, specifically supporting light industrial clientsProven success generating new business and growing client accountsStrong understanding of staffing models: contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hireDemonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycleExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $70,000 – $80,000Commission: 10% on generated revenueUncapped earning potentialBenefits Include:401(k)Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offWhy Join UsCollaborative, supportive team environmentOpportunity to build and grow your own client portfolioDirect impact on company growth and successCompetitive compensation structure with strong upside
