The role will focus on creating scalable custom applications, dynamic user interfaces, data models, business processes, and workflow automations to improve HR service delivery and reduce manual administrative effort.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Workday Extend applications to support HR operations and HRSS tools consolidation.Build applications to automate offboarding administration workflows and other multi-step HR processes.Develop dynamic page layouts, UI components, field components, and custom objects using the Workday Extend App Builder framework.Design and implement Workday Business Processes (BPs) to support custom HR workflows.Develop and maintain data models required for Workday Extend applications.Utilize Workday Orchestrations to automate multi-step HR operational processes and reduce manual intervention.Integrate Workday Extend applications with existing Workday and HR systems as required.Perform application testing, troubleshooting, validation, and deployment.Collaborate with HR, HRIS, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday Extend solutions.Support consolidation and modernization of legacy HRSS tools through custom Workday applications.Ensure solutions follow Workday development standards, security requirements, and best practices.Provide technical documentation and support for deployed applications and workflows.
