We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Representative in the Greater Charlotte area to help us take the next step in company growth.ResponsibilitiesThe Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and closing sales. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and attending trade shows and events.QualificationsExperience as a Salesperson in the screen printing and embroidery industry preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsStrong negotiation and closing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferredSalarySalary is negotiable and will depend on experience and is a base + commission + monthly bonuses for meeting sales goals. No cap on commission earnings per year.
