As a Maintenance Technician I, you’ll:Apply your electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to keep equipment performing at its bestPerform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipmentDiagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3‑phase powerTravel across your market, in your company provided vehicle, to complete scheduled maintenance and respond to urgent repairsMinimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failuresPartner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rolloutsBuild strong relationships with teammates who count on your technical expertiseTake pride in maintaining safe, efficient, and fully operational locations that reflect our commitment to excellenceTake advantage of travel opportunities that expose you to new equipment, emerging technology, and best practices across multiple locations—accelerating your technical growth and industry knowledgeYou’re driven, hands-on, and ready to be part of a team that gets things done. Ideally, you have: 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred)Electrical experience, including exposure to:3-phase high-voltage systemsLow-voltage systemsAC/DC electrical systemsControl wiring and powered equipmentVFD and PLC troubleshooting (preferred)Solid skills in at least four of the following areas:ElectricalMechanicalHydraulicsWeldingPneumaticsPlumbingStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and respond quickly in fast-paced environmentsFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call hoursWillingness to work outdoors in all weather conditionsPhysical capability to perform the job (lift up to 75 lbs., bend, crawl, and climb ladders)A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required upon hire)Why Join Mister?Join a winning team built on our core values: We Care, We Work Hard, and We Have Fun.
