The position will focus on leading strategic billing projects, system implementations, and process improvements across multiple departments. Why This Role Stands Out High visibility working directly with leadership Strong collaboration across Billing, Finance, IT, Conflicts, and Intake Opportunity to take ownership of impactful billing initiatives Stable, well-established law firm platform Excellent benefits including fully paid medical What You’ll Do Lead and manage billing-related projects from planning through implementation Coordinate across departments including Billing, AR, Finance, IT, and Compliance Partner with Financial Systems teams on system upgrades, testing, and rollouts Translate business needs into actionable workflows and system configurations Develop project plans, timelines, and success metrics Drive process improvements across the billing lifecycle Support onboarding, rate structures, and client billing requirements Help design and deliver training for new systems and processes What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 5+ years of experience in billing operations, client accounting, revenue cycle, or financial systems, within a law firm environment. Experience working on projects, implementations, or process improvements Strong understanding of billing workflows and business processes Exposure to Aderant, Elite/3E, or similar systems preferred Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate without direct authority and drive initiatives forward
