It’s not a showroom—it’s an environment where clients experience what’s possiblefirsthand.We’re looking for a Studio Experience Specialist to serve as the primary client-facingrepresentative of our studio—guiding homeowners, interior designers, architects, and buildersthrough immersive, hands-on experiences with luxury lighting, audio, and smart hometechnology. This role goes well beyond giving tours. You’ll shape how people understand andconnect with great design, and you’ll be instrumental in positioning the studio as a destinationwithin the design and building community.This is a role for someone who’s sharp, personable, and motivated—someone who thrives indynamic environments and is ready to develop deep expertise at the intersection of design andtechnology.What You’ll DoDeliver Exceptional Client Experiences• Lead engaging, consultative studio sessions for a diverse range of clients—fromhomeowners exploring options to seasoned design professionals evaluatingspecifications• Translate complex technology into intuitive, inspiring experiences that resonate witheach audience• Read the room and adapt your approach based on the client’s background, objectives,and level of familiarityRepresent the Studio and the Brand• Build authentic, lasting relationships with clients and industry contacts—no scripts, nohard sell• Serve as a credible resource and brand ambassador within the local design and buildingcommunity• Help establish the studio as an essential stop for anyone working in residential designManage the Studio Environment• Maintain the studio to the highest standard—lighting scenes, system functionality, andoverall presentation• Ensure every visit feels intentional, polished, and consistent with the Strateres brandSupport Events and Business Development• Help plan and execute events including industry trainings, CEU sessions, andnetworking gatherings• Collaborate with sales and specification teams on client follow-up and engagementstrategy• Track interactions, pipeline activity, and client feedback within CRMWhat We’re Looking ForCore Competencies• Strong interpersonal presence—comfortable leading conversations with multiplestakeholders• Naturally engaging, intellectually curious, and quick to adapt• Able to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling language• A genuine interest in design, architecture, and/or technology• Professional demeanor and confidence working with high-end clienteleYou May Be a Strong Fit If You…• Have experience in hospitality, luxury retail, client services, events, or a similar client-facing role• Are drawn to environments where presentation, design, and experience quality areparamount• Learn quickly, take initiative, and are energized by variety in your day-to-day work• Want to build a career in a space that blends design, technology, and relationshipmanagementNice to Have• Familiarity with lighting, AV, or smart home technology• Background in design, marketing, communications, or real estate• Event coordination or showroom/studio management experienceWhat You’ll Get• 3 weeks paid vacation• 401(k) with company match and full health benefits• A beautifully designed, technology-forward workspace• A collaborative, high-standards team that takes pride in doing things right• Clear growth potential within a unique, design-driven businessWhy This Role Stands OutThis isn’t a role where you’ll be answering phones or standing behind a counter.
