In this role, you will collaborate closely with Localization Project and Program Managers to align processes and best practices across the organization. You will also partner with cross-functional teams located across North America, Europe, and Asia to ensure the timely delivery of localized content supporting campaigns, programs, engineering releases, and new product launchesKey QualificationsWorking knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of projects in either an agency or client-side environment.Experience managing localization, internationalization, and/or globalization projects.Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.Strong written communication and presentation skills.Experience collaborating with international teams.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.Self-motivated, proactive, and action-oriented.Comfortable working independently with limited direction in a dynamic and evolving environment.About YouWe are looking for an experienced project manager who has successfully led projects from concept through completion. You understand the value of truly localized content and its impact on business success.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Digital Content Management teams to localize content for e-commerce and digital customer experiences across web, mobile applications, and regional digital platforms.Lead localization projects using translation management systems and translation memory tools.Collaborate with internal and external language specialists to deliver high-quality localized content.Manage localization vendors, providing clear requirements, expectations, and guidance.Serve as the primary point of contact for urgent localization requests from regional teams.Coordinate Linguistic Quality Assurance (LQA) efforts during engineering releases, campaigns, programs, and product launches.Develop and maintain reporting related to localization operations and performance.Participate in project handoff and review meetings, ensuring localization requirements are incorporated into workflows.Partner with other Localization Project and Program Managers to establish and maintain consistent processes and best practices.EducationBachelor's degree or higher preferred.Project Management certification or related qualification is a plus.
