Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for an Armed Security Guard located in Desert Hot Springs, CA. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and security of the designated site, monitoring activities to detect irregularities, enforcing property rules, and preventing potential hazards or unauthorized access. The Armed Security Guard will conduct regular patrols, respond to emergencies promptly, and maintain clear communication with supervisors and law enforcement when necessary. Qualifications Experience in providing security services, monitoring, and patrolling premisesAbility to respond appropriately to emergencies, handle conflict resolution, and enforce rulesLicensed to carry a firearm with appropriate training and certificationStrong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain alertExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and the publicPhysical capability to perform security-related tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and responding to emergenciesPrior military or law enforcement experience is preferredCustomer Service experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; completion of specialized security training is a plus
