Design| develop| and implement custom solutions and enhancements for JJs Windchill PLM|user requirements and technical designs.Help squad members in problem-solving technical challenges| providing guidance on the implementation of effective solutions.Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning| daily stand-ups| retrospectives) and adhere to the SAFe Agile framework to ensure timely delivery of Program Increment (PI) objectives.
