1st Shift Warehouse SupervisorEXE Logistics is looking for an energetic, responsible, "hands on" leader that possesses the drive and initiative to be a "best in class" service provider for our facility in Walton, KY Location: Walton, KY Schedule: 1st Shift - 6:30 - completion M- F Employment Type: Full-Time About the RoleWe're looking for a motivated and hands-on 1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, support a high-performing team, and ensure our warehouse runs smoothly and safely. What You'll DoLead, coach, and support warehouse associates during 1st shift Oversee daily workflow including receiving, and unloading 1 SKU containers. Monitor productivity and quality standards to meet operational goals Train new team members and reinforce best practices. Temp Agency staffing experience. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Collaborate with management to improve processes and resolve customer issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Track performance metrics and complete shift reports What We're Looking ForPrevious warehouse or distribution, container unloading experience requiredPrior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong communication and team-building skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions under pressure Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications Ability to lift 70LBS and stand/walk for extended periods Bilingualism is preferred but not required.
