Kindergarten Teacher (2024-2025 school year)

Seeking Creative and Passionate, Social-Justice Oriented Teacher Leaders! We truly realize that the burnout from education is real and valid. Over the last 3 years of in-person, virtual, and hybrid, much of the fun has seemingly been removed from the classroom environment causing stress, burnout, and a mass exodus from the profession itself. At Ricardo Flores Magón Academy, we know why we got into the teaching profession and strive to bring that passion every single day for our students. At RFMA you have your chance to bring your most creative self to a flexible and open curriculum that can be taught using your own interest and lens for the subject. We believe strongly in our culturally responsive and social justice oriented mission for the enrichment of all of our students. If any of this interests you at all, or you are looking to find that spark that brought you to the education field in the first place, please reach out and apply for our open positions! We would even love to schedule a tour to show you what we are all about!
