Job Title: Construction Project Manager Company: Dark Horse Construction LLC Location: Salem Oregon. Most jobs are located between Portland and Eugene. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of civil construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Lead project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and laborers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Collaborate with project foremen to provide necessary resources and support. Ensure projects comply with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines. Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to address challenges and ensure project milestones are met. Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial status, and risk assessments to stakeholders. Monitor project costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety. Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Our ideal candidate would have 10 years of project management experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction project management. Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects successfully. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Must be able to pass a drug test.
