Join our team of strategic advisers and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to collaborate with leading solution providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable heart-of-the-business solutions.Work You'll DoAs a US Delivery Center Senior Solution Specialist on the team, you will:Review runbooks and common exception patterns (matching issues, worktag errors, stuck approvals).Triage and resolve production issues in requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and supplier maintenance.Coordinate with Accounting/Banking as needed when Spend issues impact posting or payment.Provide ongoing incident/request support (maintain SOPs, job aids, and knowledge articles for procurement/AP users).Support operational reporting and controls (aging, exception queues, throughput, compliance checkpoints).Identify opportunities to reduce manual touchpoints (improved routing rules, validations, exception handling workflows, self-service guidance).Deliver more complex enhancements/projects (process redesign, expanded reporting, targeted automation, improved controls) while ensuring strong testing and change readiness.Workday Financials Spend (procure-to-pay) including supplier operations, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, Spend-related approvals, validations, security, and reporting.The TeamDeloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. USDC professionals work out of one of our specific delivery center locations, and each location presents dynamic career opportunities for professionals to focus on their work with nominal travel requirements.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degreeMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureWorkday Spend Certified and/or Workday Financial Services Certified2+ years of experience working with Workday Financials in Spend module to include the following;Spend domain fundamentals (requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, supplier invoices, matching (2-/3-way), holds/blocks, approvals)Experience working on triage, issue resolution, and incident managementClient facing operational supportDelivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project locationTravel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposesRelocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distanceDeloitte is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities.
