Web Apis & Developer Tools Documentation SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Web APIs & Developer Tools Documentation Specialist to join our clients News Customer Solutions division. In this role, you'll help external news publisher developers understand and effectively use web APIs and developer tools. This strategic documentation role requires a strong grasp of technical concepts, the ability to translate technical information into clear and concise documentation, and a passion for working with developers to enhance their experience. Key responsibilities include: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for web APIs and developer tools Collaborating with developers and product teams to understand technical requirements and document features Ensuring documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly Providing support and training to external news publisher developers Conducting user research and usability testing to improve documentation quality Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in technical writing or documentation for web APIs and developer tools Strong understanding of web technologies and APIs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are a detail-oriented technical writer with a passion for helping developers succeed, we want to hear from you.
