You write the feature and the automated coverage that proves it. On a launching product, test quality is what makes velocity safe.Support model, contractors do not hold production access. Deployments and production operations pair through the full-time pod lead; your job is to make that pairing cheap — clean pipelines, feature flags, strong observability, and changes that are safe to ship.AI-assisted development is the standard working mode.TECHNOLOGY/SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEStrong on the modern stack: React and Python/FastAPI with PostgreSQL; MongoDB a plus.Genuine test-engineering depth: pytest, Playwright, API and integration testing, and test design — not incidental coverage. This is a stated, weighted requirement for this role.Fluency in AI-assisted development required; experience launching a net-new SaaS product and life-sciences exposure both preferred.
