This is an exciting opportunity for a civil engineering professional to lead complex land development projects, manage client relationships, and drive business growth in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. As a Project Engineer, you will oversee all aspects of land development projects—from grading and drainage to utilities and roadway design—while ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with governmental agencies, mentor team members, and leverage your regional network to identify and execute business development opportunities.Primary DutiesWork on multiple projects (both public and private).Preparation of utility plan and profilesPreparation of grading plansPreparation of roadway plan and profilesStorm drainage calculationsPreliminary Plat preparationOther design opportunities related to civil engineering projectsCoordinate with project design team members, clients, contractors and permit agency representatives regularlyAssist and collaborate with Ardurra construction administration staff during the construction phase of the projectEducation And Experience RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in, Civil Engineering from an accredited university or college3-5+ years of related experience in the site design and permittingWashington or Idaho EIT certification or Professional Engineering License (PE)Strong computer skills including experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStationStrong communication skills both written and verbalStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuitesHighly self-motivated self-starter, able to forecast and initiate project tasksSalary$85,000 - $105,000Why Ardurra?While Ardurra offers competitive compensation and rich benefits programs, it is our culture that truly sets us apart from our peers.
